At Warsan Relief Organisation (WRO), our mission is to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of the most vulnerable communities in the Republic of Somaliland. Established in 2017, WRO is a local relief and development organization dedicated to creating brighter futures for those in need.

We are a registered charity organization under the Ministry of Planning and National Development, operating with registration number L43/23/97. Since our inception, we have been committed to improving the livelihoods of disadvantaged communities, with a special focus on both internally displaced persons and host communities residing in rural areas.

Our core philosophy revolves around empowerment and facilitation. We believe in equipping communities with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to actively participate in their own socio-economic development. By doing so, we aim to create self-reliance and sustainable progress.

Our work spans a range of initiatives, from literacy programs and healthcare initiatives to gender equality projects and conflict resolution efforts. We understand that true progress encompasses a holistic approach that addresses the multifaceted challenges faced by our target communities.
